Hamilton Valley Management is a company that believes in providing quality, affordable housing to everyone that qualifies. We have establised ourself as a leader in the affordable housing industry.  Hamilton Valley Management was founded in 1981 by John W. Hoover (center).

 

We are family owned and operated  and have worked very hard in this industry to establish ourselves as a trusted leader.  We are committed to work with excellence and integrity, while contributing to the growth, prosperity and success of the communities where we are located.

Property Management

 

We specialize in affordable multi-family housing in rural areas of Texas. We have extensive experience with US Department of Agriculture Rural Development, Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) tax credit program, and TDHCA HOME program.

Accounting and Compliance

 

Financial and property management acccounting and data management is performed via a computer package designed by AMSI.  All accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receiveable is done with this program.  All tenant certifications/verifications are done using Simply Software as well as the capability to transmit data to USDA-RD.
